~ Teacher helper for VBS at the beginning of August.

~ Still wanting to take piano lessons again.
~ W. has been at his job for 1 year already and got a promotion at the beginning of the summer! He wants to be a pilot so he'll be looking into flying lessons.

What I've been up to lately. . .

~ I clean houses with my sister, T. I pray that it is not my lifelong calling =P
~ I babysit once a week with my sister, R. and get to spend all day with her and the ADORABLE little girl that she nannies.
~ I'm an AWANA Sparks leader and I'm attempting to learn patience through it all. =D
~ I help take care of an older lady who has MS. She's so sweet and she's such a godly lady!
~ I'm looking into getting re-certified in CPR so that I can get a job as a CNA.
~ I haven't taken piano lessons in 2 years and I'd really like to start up again.

~ I'm going on a road trip with my sister R. and one of her best friends. We leave this Sunday, the 22nd which also happens to be R's 24th birthday, and we'll be coming home on Saturday the 28th. We'll be driving through Indiana and staying with some friends there, then the next day we'll drive to North Carolina where we'll be staying for the majority of our trip. We will be visiting a longtime friend, AP, whom I can't wait to see! On one day we will be going to South Carolina to visit one of my best friends who is at BJU. I can't wait to see her either! On Friday we will drive to Tennessee and stay with a friend who is just starting her professional music career. We get to see her perform! We are planning on being back before bedtime on Saturday night. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO!!!

I voted today. Make sure you do too.

God be with our nation during these uncertain times!

Thankfully, we don't have to worry about what's going to happen. The Lord has promised that He will ". . .never leave us, nor forsake us", Hebrews 13:5.

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.    Psalm 28:7
